As Bellevue Hill continues to evolve, Pinnacle was engaged to coordinate the consolidation of three heritage-listed apartment blocks into a single, cohesive development. Situated on a prominent site, the project demanded meticulous attention to view corridors and potential sightline impacts on neighbouring properties.

To address these challenges, we combined a detailed 3D model of greater Sydney with a high-resolution scan of the existing site and delivered it via a secure web portal. This platform enabled our client and the entire design team to access survey-grade data on demand, visualise potential view impacts on adjacent homes, and explore projected vistas from individual apartments. By facilitating real-time collaboration, architects, planners and other consultants could jointly assess how the proposed development would sit within its broader urban context.

In parallel, Pinnacle provided comprehensive titling advice and prepared all plans required for the Land and Environment Court approval process. Our precise documentation and expert guidance helped secure a timely and successful outcome, ensuring the client’s vision was realised while respecting the site’s heritage significance.
